  I've been coming to this location for quite some time. I am no longer going to the one on Main because of that white girl with attitude. The staff here is great and always friendly. They give better portions and serve you a lot quicker than the Main St. location, probably due to that one having a drive thru. Jasmine was very helpful and very hard working, she deserves a raise or at least a promotion. Vanessa was very friendly too and she has some very beautiful eyes too.
  
  I'll keep coming back to this location as long as the service and the food is good.

  Went back to try them out again and while I was eating
   I found a hair in my food this place is disgusting never will come back here again

  Dont waste you're time coming to this Panda Express. I came in ordered a 2 entree plate half chow mein half fried rice. The employee Valerie V was going to serve me the last of the chow mein that was left in the serving bowl when I asked her if I can wait for the new one to come out she said it was fine. Meanwhile I picked my entrees orange chicken and chicken teriyaki. I also ordered a drink and an egg roll. She rung me up I paid and she handed me my bag. When I checked the bag she never put my chow mein in the box. When I asked her about it she said she forgot. I tried to hand her back the bag but she said she cant take the bag back once she has handed it to me. She said she would put the chow mein in an entree box for me. When she came back with the entree box it was the small box. Obviously the portion was diffrent compared to what it would have been if she would have just did it right the first time. She said she stuffed it in the box which Is also think is unsanitary because she also handles money and wasn't wearing any gloves. I asked for my money back she said she had to go ask her manager Blanca.  The manger never came to speak to me to apologize she just gave her the okay to give me back my money. When she handed me my money she also didnt apologize. she just turned around and threw the food in the trash can. If you're not capable of remembering what someone has ordered in front of you my suggestion is not to work in fast food. It's a good thing she doesn't work In drive-thru.

  Night staff is lazy ! I ordered a soda & the sprite was flavorless & the rice tasted horrible.  I wanted to dine in the everything was cleaned & put away an hour before closing ? The atmosphere is was totally uninviting .

  Panda Express is a hit and miss place. Sometimes everything is good and sometimes its not so good. Today they were just ok.
  
  I been to this location before. Its in a very busy business area of South Chula Vista. This location is always busy. I was craving some Chinese today. I ordered some orange chicken and a spicy beef mix along with some fried rice. The orange chicken was overcooked and too chewy. Also the beef was the same way. I was so hungry, I still ate the whole combo. The food was ok enough to be edible.
  
  The service is always efficient considering how busy it gets here. The employees are trained very good in their customer service skills. They all try to greet you and welcome you. Almost in a mechanical way, but still cool they try. Its a medium sized dining area inside. They have some seating outside. With all the foot traffic, its fairly clean and the employees are usually making an effort to clean the dining area. Overall an ok place to eat fast food Chinese style.
